Ruth Armstrong formed VISION Management Services in 1986 to promote the notion of organizational vision as a catalyst for change. Because the leader’s role in this process is critical, VISION Management Services helps leaders strengthen their capacity to lead strategically - through interactive workshops, leadership development programs, and executive coaching.
VISION Management Services helps groups have productive conversations. We bring an informed and creative outside perspective to strategic discussions at planning sessions, focus groups and retreats. Ruth's facilitation skills ensure that the process of developing strategy and enacting and evaluating organizational outcomes is results-driven. Consultant, Sandi Trillo, who joined VISION Management Services in 2005, works more behind the scenes to translate facilitated conversations into action-oriented reports; co-design and manage projects; and conduct research.
