Since establishing VISION Management Services in 1986 we have worked with more than 300 non-profit, public, and private organizations in Canada and the United States in a variety of sectors. Through strategic planning and leadership development projects we are able to establish in-depth productive, long-term relationships with clients. Our shorter-term consulting assignments offer us insights into a wide spectrum of organizations in different sectors.
Our fields of expertise and thinking have evolved significantly over the last twenty years. Our work with clients has always been highly collaborative; we particularly enjoy working with clients to interpret and apply new ideas, approaches and thinking. Collaboration and partnerships – whether internally or externally – has emerged as a theme for many of our clients, particularly those in the health, social services and arts and culture sectors .
